A glimpse into my little Noah's ark: 2 corals, 2 mustards, 2 pinks, 2 olives, 2 stripes, 2 denims...

Please excuse my relative silence over the next day or two - we leave for the next leg of our trip tomorrow, and in the last minute flurry of packing, portioning out 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, mending errant garments, and locating the appropriate electrical adapters, it is unlikely that I'll be doing much blogging (much less wearing something worth photographing). I'll be back to regular posting a little later this week, once we're settled in our new home-away-from-home!

In the meantime, don't forget to enter my Shabby Apple L'Amour Dress giveaway!

I'm a new reader of yours, but if you haven't done a packing post, may I request one? Because this is ah-mazing. I'm leaving for a 20 day trip (with two little companions) and could use all the help I can get!

I'm very impressed at how neat your suitcase looks! I always try this and have a difficult time keeping it this way. Seeing all ones items like you have it is always what I try or else I can't ever find anything.

As for shampoo... for travel (maybe too late for this time) I recommend solid shampoo from lush. means no liquid at all. It does seem weird using a bar of shampoo at first but they work really well.

So pretty, so neat, so not like my suitcase.  But this summer, the future husband and I thought that we could do our 3 month summer travels with 2 backpacks and only 1 rolling suitcase.  We made it (and we split our time between parents, so things are easily borrowed) but the rolling bag (re-packed for our final day of travel on taxi/buses) weighed almost 50kg (100lbs).  Oops! And I packed so weird - a trip to H&M is needed next week...

That suitcase is mad impressive.  I pride myself on my ability to pack things efficiently (well, suitcases...my packing of my house is not going so well at all), but I'm pretty sure you'd murder me in a competition.  And it's all so colorful!  Love it.  :)

I envy your packing skills. I wish my suitcases looked that neat! I also second the idea for a packing tips post!

Wow, never thought to pack that way, but duh, it makes so much more sense than piles, you can see everything without messing up your whole suitcase! Definitely doing that for my trip this summer :)

your suitcase looks so pretty and efficiently packed! i just moved to sweden for a year and it was so hard to pack for that! my suitcases looked like a mess and i probably should have planned better (as usual).  have a safe trip!

Is this a carry-on luggage ? You fitted 12 pieces of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes? Able to fit personal care items like shampoo and face moisturizer ? love your pictures
