...Berliner!* After riding a total of seven trains and one bus yesterday, in what was absolutely the most epicly bad in a recent string of rough travel days, we're now happily settled in to our new home in Berlin. I love the energy of Berlin, so I'm really looking forward to spending the next month getting the know the city a lot better - and the fact that we don't have to pack up and move again for a while sounds pretty good too!
*Why yes, I do mean that - I plan to spend the entirety of the next month covered in powdered sugar.

Oh, Berlin! I absolutely love the city and hope you have a great time in my home country's capital!
Ah, so jealous! I've never been to Berlin, but one of my very best friends moved there a few years ago. I've been working up the dollars to visit her, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
Also, I adore this outfit. The combination of olive green and patterned blue is phenomenal.
My favorite Berlin joke:

Oh I've always wanted to go to Berlin! I can't wait to hear about the kinds of places you'll go there! Also, I love the pattern on your shorts! They remind me of a pool and are so wonderfully summer-y.
I don't even know how I found your blog, but I did...and I'm in love. I think I found a new obsession.

I love the skirt! And the green tank with the skirt. You are also looking tan. As always, you look amazing. Enjoy Berlin...and staying in one spot for a while!
oh my, sounds like a horrible ride, but glad you made it to Berlin savely. BTW, will travel through Berlin next week, so if you feel like meeting a fellow blogger, I am up for a coffee and some sights! Loving the skirt and top combo, looks super cute and summery!
Thanks Theresa! I visited once in college and loved it, and I'm so glad to be back!
You should absolutely go as soon as you get the chance (maybe this month? We have a couch...) - it's one of my all-time favorite cities.
Ha! Awesome, it's been too long since I watched me some Eddie Izzard. :)
Thanks Charlotte! I love this print too, it is definitely very pool-like. :)
Aw, thanks Audrey! Well I'm glad you found it too.
Haha, thanks Carie! I am doing my best to stay sun-safe (SPF +50, anyone?), but we are spending so much of our time outside on this trip that I think a little color is inevitable. Now if only my arms weren't four shades darker than the rest of me...
It was pretty brutal, but in the end we (and all of our belongings) did make it, so it certainly could have been worse.
I would definitely be up for a meet-up! Let me know what your schedule looks like and we'll make a plan. :)
